JUMPING RIGHT INTO THE BIGGEST NEWS first, as many of you already know, Jon is officially outed as a failed retiree. The big man made the decision to return to the Ripon Area Fire Department a few months ago. Since his return Jon has been a probationary firefighter, driver/operator, and completed a fire officer course! And, yes, he passed. For those of you who may not know, Jon had previously served on the fire department beginning in 1995 through 2018.
